1. Weight
Beginners should always start with lightweight rackets as they are easier to control The weight should be between 85g to 90g and have a lower balance point.
These rackets allow quick stroking speeds and recovery. They're easier on wrists and shoulders which reduces the chances of injury at the beginning stage of your badminton journey.
2. Balance
